CUIDAR:
CUIDAR helps identify children with
attention and behavior difficulties before they enter school. These
obstacles to learning are addressed so that the child will have a more
successful elementary school experience. Help Me Grow: Help Me Grow connects children and their families to developmental services to enhance the development, behavior and learning of children birth through five years. By calling the toll free number 1.866.GROW.025, (1.866.476.9025), parents, caregivers, child care providers, early educators and health care providers have a single point of access to developmental services for all young children who live in Orange County. Learn more at www.helpmegrowoc.org EDAC: The Early Developmental Assessment Center (EDAC) is a vital resource for these young, high-risk children. Our innovative program is designed to detect a broad spectrum of problems early to prevent or minimize severe developmental delays in the future.
At the Center, a comprehensive,
multidisciplinary assessment is done during one office visit, offering true
convenience for parents and their infants. Your infant is seen at
predetermined intervals as he or she grows, allowing our team of experts to
assess the child’s progress and make appropriate referrals to community
resources.
